We always start by verifying your. We bill your insurance first. Your responsibility may include copays, deductibles, or coinsurance. Because insurance can change after claims are processed, we’ll always help you understand any balance that remains.
No—we follow federal patient protection guidelines. You won’t receive unexpected charges in covered situations. If something looks off, we’ll review it with you and make sure everything is accurate.
We offer flexible payment options and will work with you to find a manageable plan. If something feels difficult, reach out early—we’re here to support you, not pressure you.
In addition to standard commercial insurance, we are equipped to work with a variety of specialized payment sources, including:

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs): We accept many employer-sponsored EAPs. Please provide your authorization number when booking.

Ecclesiastical (Bishop’s) Authorizations: We work closely with local wards and stakes. We will just need the Bishop’s name and ward information to begin.

HSA/FSA Accounts: You may use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account for all qualifying services.

Private Pay / Self-Pay: We offer competitive self-pay rates for those not utilizing a third-party payer.
